On January 10, 2001 constituents of Pennsylvania 13th district under Representative Joseph Hoeffel, presented a framed portrait to then President William Jefferson Clinton. The portrait was sent with a letter from a representative for the constituents, also a letter from Representitive Joseph Hoeffel.
The presentation was given for the excellent work, and accomplishments, that then President Clinton achieved concerning, the United States economy, during his administration.

We recieved a thank you from then President Clinton, on Jan. 18th 2001. Two days before leaving office.
The portrait displayed a copy of America's first coin. The coin was copied, by America's first coin collector,Joseph J. Mickley "The Father of American coin collecting' who is also in the portrait, with a brief history of the origin of the coin and American coinage.
